ONLINE ORDERING & PAYMENT
- Out of the Box orders are via our website only. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. All enquiries to enquiries@cateringbysimonsandall.com.au
DELIVERY TERMS
- Delivery is available between 8.30am and 5.30pm, 7 days a week.
- Delivery is available within 15km of our Gladesville location, subject to minimum spend and quoted delivery fees based on location.
- Orders may arrive up to 60 minutes in advance to ensure optimal freshness.
- Photo ID will be requested upon delivery of any orders containing alcohol products.
- Customers must provide clear delivery instructions at checkout, including entry details or loading dock access if applicable.
- While every effort is made to meet your preferred time window, Catering by Simon Sandall cannot guarantee specific delivery times due to possible traffic and logistics delays. Notice will be provided in case of significant changes.
- Delivery will be to the address specified during online checkout. No redelivery attempt will be made if access is unavailable at the scheduled time; alternative solutions may incur additional fees.
COLLECTION TERMS
- Customers may elect to collect orders from our Gladesville kitchen at the time selected during online checkout.
- Orders not collected within the designated time window will be held for the same day only, with no obligation for subsequent holding or refrigeration.
- Order confirmation must be presented at pickup.
- Photo ID will be requested upon collection of any orders containing alcohol products.
AMENDMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
- Amendments to OUT OF THE BOX orders are accepted up to 48 hours prior to delivery or collection. No amendments are possible thereafter.
- Cancellation of OUT OF THE BOX orders are accepted up to 48 hours prior to delivery or collection, with a full refund applied. Cancellations received after this cut-off are non-refundable due to production scheduling and food safety compliance.
- Refunds are processed to the originating payment method within five business days.
FOOD SAFETY & LIABILITY
- OUT OF THE BOX products are prepared in a licensed commercial kitchen that adheres to the Food Act 2003 (NSW), Food Regulation 2015 (NSW), and Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code.
- OUT OF THE BOX menu items are produced in a facility that also handles wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, seafood, nuts, and other allergens. While every effort is made to limit ingredient cross-contamination, all products may contain traces of allergens.
- Catering by Simon Sandall does not guarantee any menu item is free from trace allergens and cannot accept liability for any allergic or adverse reactions resulting from consumption, including those that arise from ingredient cross contact during production, packing, or delivery. Customers accept full responsibility for the management of such risks upon receipt of the order.
- Customers are responsible for the safe storage, handling, and serving of OUT OF THE BOX food products upon receipt. Perishable and potentially hazardous foods must be refrigerated (below 5°C) or kept hot (above 60°C) if not consumed immediately.
- Any claims regarding spoilage, contamination, or product safety must be made in writing with supporting images within 24 hours of receipt, whether by delivery or collection. Catering by Simon Sandall reserves the right to investigate and request further evidence regarding any claim.
GENERAL & LEGAL
- Catering by Simon Sandall reserves the right to alter prices due to seasonal changes or supply issues; notice will be given where practicable.
- Privacy is maintained in accordance with current legislation. Personal information may be used for order fulfillment and service communications.
- Disputes will be resolved as per NSW law.
