How do I order Out of the Box catering?

Simply shop online, selecting your desired options. Choose either delivery or collection from our Gladesville location. Orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance. 

What are the delivery and collection times? 

Delivery is available between 8.30am and 5.30pm, 7 days a week. 

Collection is available between 8.00am* and 5.30pm, 7 days a week. 

*If you have requested items to be supplied hot, collection will be available from 11.00am. Items supplied hot are for collection only. 

Where do you deliver to? 

We deliver within 15km of our Gladesville location, including Sydney CBD. For destinations beyond this radius, please contact us to discuss options. 

Can I order items to be supplied hot? 

Out of the Box catering is supplied cold and ‘event ready’. Select items are suitable for reheating at your venue, with instructions included for convenience. If you prefer, select items can be provided hot—available for collection only. 

What occasions are catering boxes suited for? 

Out of the Box delivers exceptional quality, with options to suit any occasion, both private and corporate. From professional meetings to stylish brunches, dinners and parties, our elevated catering menu is designed to impress and delight any group. 

Are dietary and allergy requirements accommodated? 

You will find dietary information listed for each menu item, with several items offering customisable options. Please contact us for custom requests. 

Is service staff or event setup available for Out of the Box?

If you require setup or professional service, please submit an enquiry. Staffing is tailored and quoted individually, to meet the unique requirements of your event. 

Can I amend or cancel my order? 

Orders can be amended or cancelled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Requests made within this timeframe ensure changes can be accommodated or cancellations processed without penalty. 

Are last-minute or same-day corporate catering orders accepted? 

Whenever possible, we will endeavour to assist with last minute or same day orders.
